Treasurer Updates and Reimbursement Requests!
IMPORTANT NEW PROCEDURES FOR REIMBURSEMENTS will go into effect Jan 1, 2022!!
Procedures for Request of Funds or Reimbursement:
You may send your requests at any time. Donations are sent as soon as possible in the order they are received, unless there will be a pre-announced delay. Processed request can take 5-10 days, so please plan accordingly and don't keep sending in emails or texts asking where it is. If it is needed sooner, we ask that you send it with "Urgent Request" in subject line with an explanation of why it is needed right away or last minute and we will do our best to try to accommodate the situation.
Use the online form below to submit a Request for Funds/Reimbursement or download to print out the form to fill out, scan, and email or mail back.
*** Please make sure that forms and invoices/receipts are clear and legible. If the documentation cannot be read, a new copy of documentation will be requested, and donation will be delayed until legible documentation is received.
If there is an unexpected last minute expense with an absolute deadline that must be met, then you may email explaining the situation and we can try to issue the donation as quickly as possible. Use Subject Line: Request Urgent!
Below is the form that needs to be filled out to request a reimbursement. If requesting reimbursement to yourself, a paid receipt/receipts not invoices must be submitted/emailed in addition to the Request/Reimbursement Form. No check will be issued until both are received. Due to new IRS laws starting this year, 2022, reimbursements will be in form of checks only. NO LONGER USING ZELLE OR VENMO!
If Reimbursement is being mailed directly to the company/business, a detailed invoice must be sent along with the Request/Reimbursement Form. Donations will not be issued until both are received.
